Glastir All Wales Element
Following the publication by the Welsh Assembly Government of the documentation for the All Wales Element of the Glastir Scheme, copies of the Scorecard and guidance, Whole Farm Code and the All Wales Element Options are available by clicking here.
The Scorecard has been developed by the Welsh Assembly Government as a guide to assist farmers to select the options which they want to complete on the farm. The Scorecard will determine the threshold number of points required to access Glastir based on the size of the farm and whether it is part of the Oragnic Scheme. Once the options, which the farmer wants to complete, have been added, the Scorecard will determine if the farm will be eligible to join Glastir.
The Union is encouraging all of its members to have a go at completing the Scorecard to ascertain the accessibility of the Glastir Scheme and feedback the results to your County Office. Your feedback is important so the Union can provide evidence to the Welsh Assembly Government on the accessibility of the scheme to its members.
