Dr Nicholas Islwyn Dugdale Fenwick


 

Nick Fenwick grew up on hill farms in the Talerddig and Machynlleth areas of Montgomeryshire, and studied Chemistry at Bangor University before returning to Montgomeryshire in 1999.

 

Before joining the FUW policy team in 2004, he ran a computer consultancy business specialising in IT for agricultural and rural businesses.

 

He was appointed as the FUW's commodities Policy Officer in 2004, and was promoted to the position of Director of Agricultural Policy in 2007.


Nick is married to Elizabeth, a theatre designer and co-founder and owner of Cyhoeddi Chwaer Annifyr Publishing, with whom he has two daughters, Myfanwy and Morfudd.

 

In his spare time, Nick enjoys listening to and playing music. He has been a member of and co-written songs with Datsyn, Tystion, MC Mabon, Baswca, Badon and Huw Haul.
