Food for Wales, Food from Wales 2010:2020 - Consultation on a Food Strategy for Wales

The Welsh Assembly Government was consulting on "Food for Wales, Food from Wales 2010:2020 - Consultation on a Food Strategy for Wales".  The closing date for comments was 28th September 2010.

Briefly, the consultation aimed to consider the development of the Welsh food industry in the next 10 years, taking into account issues including:

1. health;
2. food culture and education;
3. food security;
4. environmental sustainability; and
5. community development.
